Are you new to running or walking? Or has it been a long time since your last race?
The L.A. LEGGERS has a training program especially for you. It’s called Zero to 5K, and it’s designed to get you up off the couch and completing a 5K race (3.1 miles).

Bragging rights! You’ll be prepared to run or walk a 5K race.
The $25 fee is for the Leggers training program only. It does not include the registration fee for the 5K race itself, which you must register and pay for separately on the race organizer’s site. Also, the Slouch to 5K is a separate training program with a separate fee than the regular L.A. LEGGERS marathon and half-marathon training program. The $25 fee applies even if you previously signed up for the L.A. LEGGERS regular training program.
